Happy Late Birthday to . . . the best kids in the whole world! !

This was the night of Abby's birthday. The 22 of December after a church christmas party!

She loved her cake!

There it is, her name in green, stripes, and polk-a-dots! Everything a three year old could want!

It's my birthday and I can cry if I want to!!!
Yummmm, this cake is delicious!
You'd be hard up to find a much cuter face!
WOOOO, CAKE!
Abby liked the cake as well!

So much cake, too little of a mouth!

He kept making this face, I don't know why, but it was cute!

Let me have the cake!!!!!
A new technic I learned from the book my mom gave me for Christmas!!!

We had a wonderful time with the children! Andrew loved his cake. Abby loved helping him eat the cake! This year Abby had a cake to order. She wanted a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, green stripes, polk-a-dots and her name on her cake! We celebrated their birthday in the Summer! My bother gave them the most awesome playground ever! The kids love it!!!! But we wanted to do something for each of them on their birthday. They got their own cake and a dinner of their choice and one small toy. Their birthdays being so close to Christmas, it's easier this way! A family in our church had watched the children one night so Joshua and I could go on a date! They had bought Abby a cake, plates, napkins, cups, all that said princess for a little birthday party for Abby. They got her a toy and some other things. THey also got Andrew a present, but he's only one so he didn't need a cake of his own. Abby loved it! They gave us the remaining plates so we were able to use them on her birthday as well! It was a lot of fun! I am so blessed to have these two children! God is so good!

Snow Much Fun

Me and Abby, (forgive me, please,) Abby and I, made a snowman. She had been bugging me for days! Yes she is a proper snow lady, and she is wearing lips, that's three-year-old for lipstick! We used some cranberries! She even has hair from the cuttings on our Christmas tree!

Christmas Fun

I couldn't get the picture to turn, I know I know sorry, just turn your head! This is the quarter high chair I painted and the doll that has blond hair and blue eyes like Abby. It's an 18" Doll so hopefully as she grows I'll be able to make her clothes!
This is the apron Abby's mamaw made her! She's always helped me in the kitchen and I wear and apron! This is probably one of her favorite gifts! She loves putting it on and using her wooden spoon and rolling pin!
Next year we're going to give Abby Andrew's presents and Andrew Abby's presents and let them play with them! They're going to switch anyways!

He was so amazed by the flashy thing!

He is now walking and doing less crawling. He is so cute! He looks just like his Daddy! Which is a great thing! He's going to be so handsome!

It figures, you get the children all these gifts and what do they like the best? The 96 cent ball from Wal-mart! We had a hard time getting him to open the rest of his presents!

A toothbrush. In case I haven't told you, he finally cut his teeth and then he cut 6 all at once!

The before-we-torn-into-the-presents pictures. As you can see Andrew was thrilled! This was their pjs for this year. They each had a monkey on the side, I know, pathetic, but let me enjoy matching my children while they can't complain about it!
This was a chair I picked up at a yard sale for a quarter, a little bit of paint and it was looking really good!
These wings and fairy skirt were something Abby has been wanting for awhile!
The Best Christmas Present of All!

We had a wonderful Christmas! I'm sorry these are SOOOO late! We have been very busy with church and everything else! A good, not a great busy! The Vision Banquet went VERY well! Joshua did a great job with the video. If we can figure out how to upload it we will, if not you can go to my facebook and write me and ask for a copy and we would love to send you one! But back to Christmas! The church people were so good to us! Giving us food, and gifts and money and presents, not just money for our children. It's so nice to have people who love on our children! God has been good! Abby and Andrew both got anything a child could want and more! It was a fun day. We opened presents, I bugged Joshua to get up early and open them and then the children went to bed, I cooked and Joshua got some things he had been wanting to do, done.
